How can I work more effectively with my Teaching Assistant(s)? This question is one that many faculty face, whether they are recently out of graduate school or have been teaching for many years. In this interactive session, we will explore strategies for setting expectations for TAs; getting on the same page with grading, feedback and assessment; reflecting on power differentials; and providing opportunities for TA autonomy and professional development.
