Rethinking the Traditional Exam

In many courses, the traditional in-class exam has long been a staple of summative (graded) assessment. In this interactive online session, we will discuss alternative exam types and explore other options for providing summative assessment. We will also discuss how to create meaningful rubrics to effectively assess learning around stated criteria.
