Women in STEM

In connection with One Book, One Northwestern, join Northwestern University School of Professional Studies for a lunchtime table talk discussion featuring three Northwestern women who are in STEM-related fields. This talk is tied to this year’s One Book, One Northwestern selection Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race by Margot Lee Shetterly. Panelists will reflect on the ways in which their gender, race, and other salient identities have affected their experiences in higher education and STEM industries.
