Faculty Roundtable Discussion: Curriculum Mapping

Date: Thursday, April 27
Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

“Curriculum Mapping” is a phrase often used to describe the process of indexing or diagraming a curriculum to identify and address gaps, redundancies, and misalignments with the goal of improving coherence and better supporting key student learning outcomes. We invite those who are either in the beginning stages of a curriculum mapping process or who have had specific experiences in this process to share informally with one another about your experiences with, reflections on, and questions about this process.

Note that curriculum mapping is distinct from course design. The Searle Center offers workshops in course development; if that is a topic that interests you, please let us know and we’ll contact you when we have such a workshop.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Please note: Current location is not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access please let us know and we will do our best to find an accessible location.
