Each fall, the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching leads an interactive workshop to welcome new faculty into the Northwestern teaching community.

The workshop focuses on:
• student learning and motivation;
• active and engaging teaching methods; and
• other resources to support educational effectiveness.

Eligibility
All faculty new to the university are encouraged to attend.
